Owners Sergio and Karen started the first Yucatan food truck in the Bay Area together in 2017 with a vision of introducing Yucatan Mayan flavors throughout our community. The flavors from annatto seeds, naranja agria, and our charred chiles are unique to Yucatan cuisine. We incorporate these unique spices and ingredients in all of our dishes.
