One Panucho, topped with Pulled Chicken(Pollo Pibil) cabbage, tomato slice, avocado and pickled onions

Tamales (Seasonal Not Available all year)
Two traditional Yucatan tamales mixed with pork and chicken, steamed to perfection in banana leaves. Topped with tomato sauce and pickled onions.
